Terms and Conditions of Service
KEYBOARD GROUP LLC, doing business as ApplyRyt
Effective Date: February 27, 2026
Last Updated: April 13, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, platform, and related services provided by KEYBOARD GROUP LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), doing business as ApplyRyt (“ApplyRyt,” “the Platform,” or “the Service”).
By creating an account, making a payment, or using ApplyRyt in any way, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use or access ApplyRyt.
1. Overview of Service
ApplyRyt is a multi-sided platform that provides:
A. Job Application Service (for Students/Job Seekers)
A subscription-based, done-for-you job application service. Our team applies to jobs on your behalf every day, using AI-powered, customized resumes tailored to each job description through our proprietary resume technology, RezRyt™.
B. Recruiter Platform (for Employers/Recruiters)
A recruitment platform that enables employers and recruiters to post job openings, create take-home assignments, evaluate candidate submissions using AI-powered analysis, and manage their hiring pipeline. The Recruiter Platform is currently offered free of charge; pricing is subject to change with prior notice.
C. Jobs Portal (for All Registered Users)
A jobs portal where registered users can browse active job postings, complete take-home assignments, and submit applications directly to recruiters through the ApplyRyt platform.
Service Scope and Limitations (Job Application Service):
- ApplyRyt primarily serves international job seekers and focuses on Data and Software roles (e.g., Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Software Engineer). However, we may accept users seeking other roles on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If your job target does not align with the roles we support, we will issue a refund as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Our team applies to jobs Monday through Saturday. No applications are submitted on Sundays.
- We target an average of 30–35 applications per day when measured over a month. Daily application volume may vary based on job market conditions, available postings, and the quality of matching opportunities. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
- Support hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. Our team may be available outside these hours but is not obligated to respond outside of stated support hours.
No Guarantee of Results:
ApplyRyt does not promise, guarantee, or warrant that use of the Service will result in job offers, interviews, callbacks, or employment. Hiring outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: your qualifications, employer preferences, labor market conditions, resume content accuracy, and your responsiveness during the application process. No refund is owed solely because you did not receive interviews or job offers.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using ApplyRyt, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
ApplyRyt does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at legal@applyryt.com for prompt removal.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the Service, you must create a user account. ApplyRyt offers separate account types for students/job seekers and for recruiters/employers. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach;
- Not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person or entity.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them.
4. Account Access Authorization and Credential Sharing
To submit job applications on your behalf, our team may need access to your job portal accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, employer career pages) and, in some cases, your email account for OTP verification or application confirmation.
By using the Service, you:
- Authorize ApplyRyt and its designated team members (“Job Appliers”) to access and use your job portal accounts and email accounts solely for the purpose of submitting job applications on your behalf;
- Acknowledge that password sharing, while avoided where possible, may be necessary for certain job portals. When required, credentials are communicated directly between you and your assigned team member via WhatsApp;
- Acknowledge that you share credentials at your own risk. While ApplyRyt takes reasonable measures to safeguard your information, we are not liable for any unauthorized access, data breach, or account compromise that occurs as a result of credential sharing;
- Agree not to hold ApplyRyt liable for any actions taken by third-party job portals (e.g., account restrictions, suspensions, or policy violations) that may result from applications submitted on your behalf.
Important: ApplyRyt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any third-party job boards, employer websites, or recruitment platforms. You remain solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform on which applications are submitted.
5. User Responsibilities
To ensure the effectiveness of the Service, you agree to:
- Check your email daily for updates regarding job applications, interview requests, and employer communications;
- Respond promptly during the application submission process when additional details, verifications, or actions are required from you;
- Complete onboarding within 14 days of payment. If you fail to complete onboarding or become unresponsive within 14 days of payment, ApplyRyt reserves the right to cancel your subscription. A partial refund of $100 will be issued, and the remaining amount will be retained as the slot was reserved for you and other users may have been turned away during this period. Stripe processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund. You may re-subscribe subject to slot availability;
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile, resume, and onboarding materials;
- Submit proof of callbacks or interviews (screenshot of screening, interview, or next-round communication along with the date applied and job ID) when requesting resumes for specific applications;
- Maintain active and accessible job portal accounts and email accounts as needed for the application process.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact the quality and effectiveness of the Service. ApplyRyt is not responsible for missed opportunities resulting from your unresponsiveness or failure to act on communications.
6. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
Pricing: The Job Application Service is offered as a monthly subscription. The current subscription price is listed on our website and at checkout. Pricing is subject to change. If prices increase, existing subscribers will be notified before their next renewal date. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Promotional codes or coupons may be offered from time to time at ApplyRyt’s sole discretion; terms, eligibility, and expiration of any promotion will be specified at the time of offer.
Recruiter Platform Pricing: The Recruiter Platform is currently offered free of charge. ApplyRyt reserves the right to introduce paid features, subscription tiers, or per-posting fees in the future. If pricing is introduced, existing recruiter accounts will be notified before charges take effect.
Billing Cycle: An initial one-time payment of the subscription amount is collected at the time of purchase. However, your recurring billing cycle does not begin until your onboarding is approved and job application marketing begins. This means your billing period is anchored to when your service actually starts, not when you pay.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your ApplyRyt dashboard under Manage Subscription. There is no minimum commitment period. Upon cancellation:
- Your access and job applications will continue until the end of your current billing period;
- No further charges will be made after the current period;
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period;
- You may reactivate your subscription before the billing period ends.
Promotional Codes and Coupons: ApplyRyt may offer promotional codes or discount coupons at its sole discretion. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes: (a) are for one-time use only; (b) cannot be combined with other offers; (c) are non-transferable and may not be resold or shared; (d) have no cash value; (e) may expire or be revoked at any time without notice; and (f) apply only to the subscription plan and billing period specified at the time of redemption. Misuse of promotional codes, including attempting to use expired, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained codes, is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You agree that all billing information provided is accurate and that you have the legal right to use the payment method submitted. For detailed refund terms, please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Use of Artificial Intelligence
ApplyRyt uses artificial intelligence (AI), including third-party AI services, to power various features of the Platform:
A. Resume Generation (RezRyt™)
ApplyRyt uses AI services (including OpenAI) to analyze user profiles, extract professional insights, and generate customized resumes and application materials.
B. Candidate Matching and Evaluation
ApplyRyt uses AI services (including Anthropic Claude) to evaluate candidate profiles, match candidates to job postings, and analyze assignment submissions. This includes:
- Multi-pass evaluation of submitted code, documents, and other deliverables;
- Automated scoring across multiple criteria specific to each assignment;
- Plagiarism detection through file comparison and similarity analysis;
- Anti-gaming detection to identify attempts to manipulate evaluation results;
- Automated screening based on recruiter-defined questions and qualification criteria.
C. Candidate Pre-Filtering
ApplyRyt uses AI services (including OpenAI GPT) to pre-filter candidates based on location, visa status, certifications, and other criteria before deep evaluation.
Important Disclosures:
- AI-generated content, scores, and recommendations are advisory only. AI evaluations are tools to assist decision-making, not definitive judgments. Recruiters make all final hiring decisions;
- Your profile data, submission content, and application materials may be processed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) solely for the purposes described above. We do not sell your data to these providers;
- AI evaluation scores may vary based on model updates, rubric changes, and the nature of the assignment. Scores are not absolute and should not be used as the sole basis for any employment decision;
- ApplyRyt and KEYBOARD GROUP LLC make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, accuracy, or suitability of any AI-generated content, evaluation, score, or recommendation.
8. Data Storage and Security
ApplyRyt securely stores all user-generated content, including profiles, resumes, job postings, assignment submissions, and evaluation results, on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers. We implement industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data.
While we take reasonable measures to safeguard information, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and we are not liable for any unauthorized access, loss, or alteration of data beyond our reasonable control.
9. Recruiter Platform Terms
The following terms apply specifically to users who register as recruiters or employers on ApplyRyt (“Recruiters”):
A. Recruiter Registration and Verification
- Recruiter accounts require verification. ApplyRyt may verify your identity through email domain matching, manual review, or other methods;
- You represent and warrant that you have the authority to post job openings and manage hiring on behalf of the company you represent;
- Providing false company information, impersonating an organization, or creating fraudulent job postings is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
B. Job Postings and Assignments
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all job postings, descriptions, and assignment content you create;
- Job postings must comply with all applicable employment laws, including non-discrimination requirements;
- Assignments must be reasonable in scope (2–3 hours of estimated work), legal in nature, and must not require candidates to produce work that will be used in production without compensation;
- Postings may be subject to applicant limits. When a posting reaches its maximum number of applicants, it will automatically stop accepting new submissions;
- Posting data (including submissions and evaluations) is retained for 45 days after a posting is closed, after which it may be permanently deleted.
C. Candidate Data Access
- Candidate identities are anonymized using unique identifiers (AR-IDs). Personal contact information (email, phone) is masked in the recruiter view;
- You may only use candidate data obtained through ApplyRyt for the purpose of evaluating candidates for the specific job posting to which they applied;
- You may not harvest, store externally, sell, share, or use candidate data for any purpose other than the hiring process on ApplyRyt;
- Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) data collected from candidates is used for compliance purposes only and is never shared with recruiters;
- Violation of candidate data handling rules will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
D. Recruiter Communications
- All communications with candidates must be conducted through the ApplyRyt platform;
- ApplyRyt facilitates email communications between recruiters and candidates. These emails are sent through the ApplyRyt platform and are subject to our content policies;
- You may not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or communications unrelated to the hiring process;
- Message content must be professional and must not contain discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate material.
E. No Guarantee for Recruiters
ApplyRyt does not guarantee the quality, quantity, or suitability of candidates who apply to your postings. AI-powered evaluations and scores are advisory tools to assist your decision-making; they are not hiring recommendations. All hiring decisions are made solely by the recruiter. ApplyRyt is not liable for any hiring outcomes, candidate performance, or decisions made based on evaluation results.
10. Candidate Submission Terms
The following terms apply to users who submit applications or assignment solutions through the ApplyRyt Jobs Portal (“Candidates”):
A. Assignment Submissions
- By submitting an assignment solution, you represent that it is your own original work and does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights;
- You retain ownership of your submitted code, documents, and other deliverables. However, you grant ApplyRyt and the recruiting organization a limited, non-exclusive license to view, evaluate, and score your submission for the purpose of the hiring process;
- Submissions are stored securely on AWS S3 and retained for the duration of the posting plus 45 days. After this period, submissions may be permanently deleted;
- Submission files must not exceed 100MB (ZIP) or 10MB (resume PDF). Only .zip and .pdf file formats are accepted;
- You may not upload malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to compromise, disrupt, or damage the platform, evaluation system, or any other system.
B. Screening and Pre-Qualification
- Job postings may include screening questions and pre-qualification criteria set by the recruiter. Your answers to screening questions may be used for automated filtering;
- Providing incorrect answers to multi-select screening questions may result in automatic disqualification from the evaluation process;
- Pre-qualification criteria (such as minimum experience, education level, location, and visa status) are checked against your verified profile data. Providing false information to bypass qualification checks is a violation of these Terms;
- Even if disqualified by automated screening or pre-qualification, your submission is stored and the recruiter may choose to evaluate it at their discretion.
C. AI Evaluation of Submissions
- Your submissions will be analyzed by AI systems that evaluate code quality, document quality, consistency between code and documentation, and adherence to the assignment requirements;
- Plagiarism detection is performed on all submissions. Submissions that are substantially similar to other candidates’ work will be flagged;
- Anti-gaming detection is performed. Attempts to manipulate AI evaluation results (such as embedding hidden instructions in code or documents) will be flagged and may result in disqualification;
- AI evaluation scores are advisory. The recruiter makes all final decisions regarding your application.
D. Resubmission
Recruiters may allow or disallow resubmission of assignments. If resubmission is allowed, your previous submission will be replaced with the new one. You may not change which assignment option you selected during resubmission.
11. User Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using ApplyRyt, including resumes, profile data, job postings, assignment content, and submission materials (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant ApplyRyt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and submit such content solely for the purpose of operating the Service, including submitting job applications on your behalf, facilitating the recruitment process, performing AI evaluations, and improving the Service.
ApplyRyt does not claim ownership over your resumes, submissions, or personal data, and you may delete your account or content at any time. To request account deletion, email legal@applyryt.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” from your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email. Upon deletion, all your personal data, resumes, submissions, and application records will be permanently removed, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on ApplyRyt, including but not limited to text, graphics, code, designs, algorithms, the RezRyt™ system, AI evaluation systems, scoring rubrics, and trademarks, are the property of KEYBOARD GROUP LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
13. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes;
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in your profile, application materials, or job postings;
- Create multiple or fake accounts;
- Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform, including the AI evaluation system;
- Attempt to manipulate, game, or bypass AI evaluations, screening questions, or pre-qualification checks;
- Embed hidden instructions, prompt injection attempts, or other adversarial content in submissions, job postings, or any other user-generated content;
- Harvest, scrape, or extract candidate data, recruiter data, or any other data from ApplyRyt without authorization;
- Share, resell, or redistribute the Service or any materials generated by ApplyRyt to third parties;
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or content designed to compromise any system.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. Examples of actions that constitute violations include, but are not limited to: submitting fabricated work experience or credentials; sharing your account access with unauthorized third parties; using the Service to apply to jobs you are not legally authorized to perform; attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute ApplyRyt’s proprietary technology; engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ApplyRyt staff or other users; submitting plagiarized or copied assignment solutions; posting fraudulent job listings; and initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting ApplyRyt as outlined in Section 21.
14. Termination
ApplyRyt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease;
- Any in-progress job applications or active postings will stop;
- All generated resumes, evaluation results, and application materials remain the property of ApplyRyt and access will be revoked;
- Your data may be deleted according to our data retention policy as described in our Privacy Policy;
- If termination is due to your violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued and any remaining subscription balance is forfeited;
- If ApplyRyt terminates your account for any other reason, any refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis at ApplyRyt’s sole discretion;
- ApplyRyt reserves the right to pursue any available legal remedies for damages caused by your violation of these Terms.
15. Privacy and Data Handling
Your privacy is important to us. ApplyRyt collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Data Sharing Between Users:
- When candidates apply to recruiter postings, limited candidate information (name, location, education, experience, work authorization, and submission content) is shared with the recruiting organization. Contact details are masked;
- Recruiter company name and job posting details are visible to registered users browsing the Jobs Portal;
- Both candidates and recruiters consent to this data sharing as a necessary function of the recruitment process.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEYBOARD GROUP LLC and ApplyRyt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
- Use or inability to use the Service;
- Any data loss, unauthorized access, or account compromise, including those resulting from credential sharing;
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content, evaluations, or scores;
- Any employment outcomes, hiring decisions, job-related decisions, or missed opportunities;
- Any actions taken by third-party job portals, employers, candidates, or recruitment platforms;
- Decisions made by recruiters based on AI evaluation results;
- Automated screening, pre-qualification, or disqualification decisions;
- Service interruptions due to technical issues, server downtime, or circumstances beyond our control.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to ApplyRyt in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue its use.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KEYBOARD GROUP LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED EVALUATION, SCORE, OR RECOMMENDATION. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KEYBOARD GROUP LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and designated Job Appliers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Any inaccurate or misleading information you provide;
- Any third-party claims arising from applications submitted on your behalf;
- Any hiring decisions made based on AI evaluation results;
- Any content you post, submit, or upload to the platform;
- Any violation of applicable employment or data protection laws through your use of the Platform.
19. Force Majeure
ApplyRyt shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, server failures, third-party service disruptions (including AWS, Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic, or job portal outages), pandemics, or other force majeure events.
20. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal action or payment dispute, you agree to first contact ApplyRyt at legal@applyryt.com or via WhatsApp to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any concern within 30 days of receiving your notice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.
21. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
You agree to contact ApplyRyt at legal@applyryt.com or via WhatsApp to resolve any billing issue, payment inquiry, or refund request before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card provider. ApplyRyt commits to responding to all billing inquiries in a timely manner. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting ApplyRyt and allowing a reasonable period (at least 14 days) to resolve the matter is a violation of these Terms;
- ApplyRyt retains detailed records of all service delivery, communications, account activity, and agreed-upon terms, and will submit such evidence in response to any chargeback or dispute;
- Unwarranted or fraudulent chargebacks — including chargebacks filed without prior contact to ApplyRyt, or for services that were delivered as described — may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban from the Service;
- If a chargeback is filed and subsequently reversed in favor of ApplyRyt, you may be responsible for any fees or costs incurred by ApplyRyt as a result of the dispute process.
Consequences of Unauthorized Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first following the dispute resolution process described in Section 20 and this Section 21, regardless of whether you have started using the Service, the following will apply:
- You have forfeited your right to a refund under our Refund and Cancellation Policy;
- If the dispute is resolved in ApplyRyt’s favor, no refund will be issued, even if you have not yet started using the Service. The act of filing an unauthorized chargeback is itself a violation of these Terms;
- Your account will be permanently terminated;
- You will be responsible for all chargeback fees and administrative costs incurred by ApplyRyt as a result of the dispute;
- You will be barred from creating new accounts on ApplyRyt;
- ApplyRyt reserves the right to pursue collection of the original amount plus any fees through applicable legal remedies;
- Your information may be reported to chargeback fraud prevention services.
Why no refund after a lost chargeback? When you file a chargeback, your bank or card provider conducts an independent investigation and reviews evidence from both sides. If the dispute is resolved in ApplyRyt’s favor, this means the bank determined that the charge was valid. At that point, the matter has already been adjudicated. You had the opportunity to follow our refund process (which is fair and responsive), chose not to, and the bank agreed with ApplyRyt. There is no obligation — legal or otherwise — for ApplyRyt to issue a refund after a chargeback that was decided in our favor.
You may still contact legal@applyryt.com after a failed chargeback to request a goodwill review. ApplyRyt may, at its sole discretion, consider such requests on a case-by-case basis, but is under no obligation to issue any refund.
22. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, service offerings, or applicable law. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers and recruiter accounts via email before the changes take effect.
23. Communication Consent
By providing your email address and, where applicable, your WhatsApp number, you consent to receiving service-related communications from ApplyRyt, including but not limited to: onboarding instructions, application updates, job-related notifications, evaluation results, candidate communications, billing reminders, and support messages. These communications are essential to the delivery of the Service and are not promotional in nature.
24. No Assignment
Your subscription and account are personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared with any other individual. You may not allow another person to use your account or receive the Service on their behalf. ApplyRyt may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
25. Waiver
The failure of ApplyRyt to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce it at a later time. All rights and remedies under these Terms are cumulative and are not exclusive of any other rights or remedies provided by law.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KEYBOARD GROUP LLC regarding the use of ApplyRyt. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
