Refund and Cancellation Policy

KEYBOARD GROUP LLC, doing business as ApplyRyt

Effective Date: February 27, 2026

Last Updated: July 26, 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and paid services provided by KEYBOARD GROUP LLC, doing business as ApplyRyt (“ApplyRyt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing or subscribing to any paid ApplyRyt plan, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Overview

ApplyRyt is a subscription-based, done-for-you job application service. Our team applies to jobs on your behalf daily, using AI-customized resumes tailored to each job description. Due to the customized, labor-intensive, and service-based nature of our offerings, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe, our authorized payment processor. ApplyRyt does not store or access your full payment information.

2. Subscription and Billing

When you purchase a subscription:

  • The current subscription price is listed on our website and may be subject to promotional discounts or coupon codes. Pricing is subject to change. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect;
  • An initial one-time payment is collected at the time of purchase. If a promotional code or coupon is applied, the discounted amount is what is charged;
  • Your recurring billing cycle begins when your onboarding is approved and job application marketing starts — not at the time of payment;
  • Subsequent billing occurs automatically on a monthly basis from your marketing start date;
  • All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).

3. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined based on the stage of service delivery at the time of the request.

A. Before Services Begin

You may request a full refund if the request is submitted before any service activity has commenced, including but not limited to: profile review, strategy consultation, job sourcing, resume personalization, or initiation of job application marketing.

The refund amount is calculated as the actual amount paid minus Stripe payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30). Stripe processing fees are non-refundable, as these charges are imposed by the payment processor and are not retained by ApplyRyt.

B. After Services Have Begun (Partial Refund)

Once profile analysis, job sourcing, resume customization, or job application marketing has started, the service is considered active and becomes partially refundable. Partial refunds are calculated using the following formula:

Refund Amount = ((Amount Paid − Stripe Processing Fees) ÷ Total Working Days in Billing Period) × Remaining Marketing Days

Where:

  • Amount Paid is the total amount actually charged for the current billing period, inclusive of any applicable taxes and after any discounts or promotional codes;
  • Stripe Processing Fees are the non-refundable payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) deducted before calculating the pro-rated refund;
  • Total Working Days is the number of working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding Sundays) in the current billing period;
  • Remaining Marketing Days is the number of working days remaining from the date the refund request is approved until the end of the billing period.

Additionally:

  • The refund is calculated based on the net amount after deducting Stripe processing fees from the total amount paid;
  • Any completed deliverables (resumes, applications already submitted) are non-refundable;
  • This formula applies to both the initial billing period and any subsequent recurring months.

C. Role Mismatch Refund

ApplyRyt primarily supports Data and Software roles. If you join and your job target does not align with the roles we are able to support, we will issue a full refund minus Stripe processing fees. This determination is made by ApplyRyt during the onboarding review process.

D. Onboarding Inactivity

After payment, you are expected to complete onboarding within 14 days. ApplyRyt will send reminders during this period via email and WhatsApp. If onboarding is not completed within 14 days and you are unresponsive to our communications, ApplyRyt reserves the right to cancel your subscription. In such cases:

  • A partial refund of $100 will be issued;
  • The remaining amount is retained, as the slot was reserved for you and other users may have been turned away during this period;
  • Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 of the total amount paid) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the $100 refund;
  • You may re-subscribe at a later time, subject to slot availability.

No refund is guaranteed for inactivity, as the slot was reserved and other users may have been turned away.

E. Technical or Billing Errors

Full refunds may be issued in cases of:

  • Verified duplicate billing;
  • Stripe processing errors;
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions (subject to verification).

Even in these cases, Stripe processing fees may not be recoverable and may be deducted if not reimbursed to ApplyRyt by Stripe.

F. Termination by ApplyRyt

ApplyRyt reserves the right to remove any user from the Service at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. In such cases:

  • If termination is due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions — including but not limited to: providing false information, abusing promotional codes, filing fraudulent chargebacks, harassing staff, or violating the Acceptable Use Policy — no refund will be issued and any remaining subscription balance is forfeited;
  • If termination is for any other reason, any refund will be determined by ApplyRyt on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. Refunds may be full, partial, or none depending on the circumstances and the stage of service delivery.

G. 100% Money Back Program — Job Success Refund (Limited to First 100 Users)

ApplyRyt offers a limited-time promotional refund (the “100% Money Back Program” or the “Program”) to the first one hundred (100) eligible users who successfully land a job through the Service and participate in our marketing, subject to the conditions below. This promotion is offered at ApplyRyt’s sole discretion, is separate from and in addition to Sections 3A–3F, and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time once the 100-participant cap is reached or otherwise.

Eligibility — all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You are an active, paid subscriber (or former subscriber) in good standing, with no violation of our Terms and Conditions;
  • You received and accepted a bona-fide, full-time, paid job offer from a genuine, arm’s-length employer (excluding declined offers, offers you did not accept, unpaid, volunteer, or internship positions, and any offer from yourself, a family member, your own business, or any related party) arising from a job application that ApplyRyt submitted on your behalf, as verifiable in ApplyRyt’s application records. A role held under valid work authorization (such as OPT) qualifies provided it is full-time, paid, and arose from an ApplyRyt-submitted application;
  • ApplyRyt’s application records are the sole and final determinant of whether the offer arose from an application ApplyRyt submitted. If you also applied to the same role yourself or through any other channel, ApplyRyt may, in its sole discretion, deem the offer ineligible. The offer must remain genuinely accepted and not rescinded; if it is withdrawn or rescinded before your start date, eligibility is void;
  • You provide a valid, verifiable official offer letter from the employer as proof of the offer. ApplyRyt may, at its sole discretion, verify the authenticity of the offer and reject any proof it deems incomplete, altered, or fraudulent;
  • You complete both of the following, each of which is separate and mandatory: (a) a recorded podcast with ApplyRyt about your experience with the Service; and (b) a recorded mentorship session with existing ApplyRyt users, in which you share and teach how you prepared, your approach, and how you landed the job;
  • You complete both the podcast and the mentorship session within ten (10) business days of the date printed on your offer letter (the “offer date”), and you notify ApplyRyt in writing at legal@applyryt.com within ten (10) business days of the offer date to begin the process. Failure to notify within, or to complete both sessions within, this window forfeits eligibility for this promotion;
  • You grant ApplyRyt the media and likeness rights described below.

Refund amount:

  • Face shown (100% refund): If you appear on camera with your face visible and grant ApplyRyt permission to publish the recordings — including your face, name, image, voice, and likeness — for marketing purposes, you will receive a refund of 100% of the total amount you have paid to ApplyRyt, with no deduction for Stripe processing fees;
  • Face blurred (50% refund): If you complete both mandatory sessions and grant ApplyRyt the same marketing and posting rights, but elect to have your face blurred in the published materials, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount you have paid to ApplyRyt, with no deduction for Stripe processing fees. The face-blurred option still requires you to grant ApplyRyt the media and posting rights described below and to permit public marketing use of the blurred recordings; declining those rights makes you ineligible for any refund under this promotion.

For the purposes of this promotion, “total amount you have paid” means the aggregate of all subscription and service payments you have made to ApplyRyt across all billing periods, inclusive of any taxes you paid and net of any prior refunds already issued to you. The refund covers amounts you have actually paid for service rendered up to that point; it does not pre-pay or entitle you to any future service. If you choose to continue with ApplyRyt after receiving the refund, your subscription continues as a separate, ongoing monthly charge at the then-current price. Before issuing the refund, ApplyRyt may, in its sole discretion, require confirmation that your employment has actually commenced (for example, a start-date confirmation from the employer or your first pay stub).

Media and likeness release: By participating in this promotion, you grant KEYBOARD GROUP LLC (ApplyRyt) a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to record, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use both the podcast and the mentorship session recordings — including your name, voice, likeness, and any statements you make, and your face (shown for the 100% tier, or blurred for the 50% tier) — in any and all media now known or later developed, including on the internet, social media, and in advertising and promotional materials, without further notice, compensation, review, or approval. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and any claims (including for defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity) arising from ApplyRyt’s use of the materials as permitted herein. You further acknowledge and agree that ApplyRyt may display, alongside or within the published materials, a disclosure that you received a refund in connection with your participation. This release survives termination of your subscription and cannot be revoked once the refund has been issued.

Additional conditions: This promotion is limited to the first 100 qualifying participants — meaning the first 100 users to complete and have verified all of the eligibility requirements above (including the accepted offer, valid proof, both recorded sessions, and the media and likeness grant), regardless of the order in which they received their job offers. A participant’s slot is secured only upon ApplyRyt’s verification that every requirement has been met — not upon receiving an offer or submitting a request — and ApplyRyt’s determination of the order of completion is final. This promotion is limited to one refund per person, per account, and per payment method or household; is non-transferable; has no cash value beyond the refund amount stated above; and cannot be combined with any other refund under Sections 3A–3F for the same amounts. ApplyRyt reserves the right to verify all claims, to withhold or reverse any refund obtained through false or fraudulent information, and to interpret and administer the terms of this promotion in its sole discretion. Promotional refunds are issued only after ApplyRyt has verified the offer letter and confirmed completion of both recorded sessions. If ApplyRyt determines, after issuing a refund, that a participant obtained it through a forged, fabricated, rescinded, or misrepresented offer or through any false information, the participant agrees to repay the full refunded amount on demand and authorizes ApplyRyt to re-charge the payment method on file for that amount, and shall be liable for any collection costs, chargeback fees, and legal fees incurred. ApplyRyt may pursue any and all available legal remedies to recover such amounts. This promotion does not alter the “No Guarantee of Results” provisions in Section 10 of this Policy or in our Terms and Conditions.

4. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved and initiated by ApplyRyt, the processing time depends on Stripe and your bank or card provider. Typical processing times range from 5–10 business days, though this may vary depending on your financial institution.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at:

  • Email: legal@applyryt.com
  • WhatsApp: Message your assigned team or our support number

Please include your name, registered email address, and the reason for your refund request. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge in question. Requests submitted after 30 days may be denied at ApplyRyt’s discretion. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your ApplyRyt dashboard under Manage Subscription. There is no minimum commitment period.

A “billing period” is one calendar month (approximately 28–31 calendar days) from the day your job application marketing starts, matching Stripe’s standard monthly billing cycle. Payment is collected at signup as the charge for your first billing period, but the billing period itself only begins when marketing is activated by our team.

Cancellation is distinct from refund. Cancellation stops future billing; a refund of your current payment requires a separate refund request per Section 3 of this Policy. Upon cancellation, one of the following applies based on your service stage:

A. If Marketing Has NOT Yet Begun (pre-service cancellation):

  • Your subscription is cancelled immediately;
  • You may request a refund of your current payment under Section 3A (Before Services Begin), which entitles you to a full refund minus non-refundable Stripe processing fees;
  • Refund requests must be submitted separately by email to legal@applyryt.com per Section 5 — cancelling through the dashboard alone does not initiate a refund.

B. If Marketing Has Already Begun (active-service cancellation):

  • Your access to the Service and job applications will continue until the end of your current active billing period, and no further charges will be made after that period ends;
  • If you wish to request a refund for the unused portion of your current billing period, you may do so under Section 3B (After Services Have Begun), which provides a partial refund calculated by the formula in that section, based on remaining marketing days;
  • Any completed deliverables (applications already submitted, resumes generated) are non-refundable per Section 3B;
  • Refund requests must be submitted separately by email to legal@applyryt.com per Section 5.

You may reactivate your subscription before the billing period ends through your dashboard.

7. Failed Payments and Account Suspension

If a recurring payment attempt fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds, expired card, or bank decline), the following may occur:

  • Stripe will automatically retry the charge according to its Smart Retries settings;
  • You will be notified via email to update your payment method;
  • Your account status will be set to “Past Due” during the retry period;
  • Job application services may be paused or reduced during the Past Due period;
  • If all payment retries fail, your subscription may be cancelled and your account set to inactive.

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds for recurring charges.

8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

You agree to contact ApplyRyt at legal@applyryt.com and via WhatsApp to resolve any billing issue, payment inquiry, or refund request before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, card provider, or payment processor (Stripe).

ApplyRyt commits to responding to all billing inquiries in a timely manner. You must allow at least 14 days for resolution before pursuing any external dispute. By using the Service and agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge the following:

  • Raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting ApplyRyt at legal@applyryt.com and allowing a reasonable resolution period is a direct violation of our Terms and Conditions;
  • ApplyRyt maintains comprehensive records of all service delivery, job applications submitted, resumes generated, daily WhatsApp communications, onboarding activity, account usage, and agreed-upon terms. All such records will be submitted as evidence in response to any chargeback or dispute;
  • Unwarranted or fraudulent chargebacks — including disputes filed for services that were delivered as described, or disputes filed without prior contact to ApplyRyt — may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban from the Service;
  • If a chargeback is filed and subsequently reversed in favor of ApplyRyt, you may be responsible for any fees or costs incurred by ApplyRyt as a result of the dispute process;
  • Stripe, our payment processor, independently reviews all disputes. ApplyRyt will provide Stripe with full documentation including proof of service delivery, user agreement to these terms, and communication records.

Definition of “Service” for Dispute Purposes: For clarity, the “Service” provided by ApplyRyt is defined as the delivery of managed, AI-personalized job applications submitted to employers on the customer’s behalf, along with resume personalization and account management. The Service is described in detail on our website and welcome materials. Per Section 10, the Service does not guarantee interviews, callbacks, offers, or job posting availability.

Any “not as described,” “product not received,” or “service quality” dispute (Visa condition codes 13.1, 13.3, and equivalents on other networks) must:

  • Specifically identify which aspect of the defined Service (application submission, resume personalization, or account management) was not delivered as described;
  • Be raised in writing to legal@applyryt.com with a factual basis, prior to any external dispute;
  • Allow ApplyRyt at least 14 days for resolution, per Section 8’s existing requirements.

Disputes filed under “not as described” or equivalent condition codes without prior specific written complaint to ApplyRyt, or based on outcomes explicitly disclaimed by Section 10 (interviews, callbacks, offers, or specific results), are direct violations of these Terms and will be defended with full documentation.

We strongly encourage you to reach out to us first. In most cases, a simple email to legal@applyryt.com or a WhatsApp message to our team will resolve any billing concern quickly and fairly, without the need for a formal dispute.

9. Modifications to Pricing or Features

ApplyRyt reserves the right to modify or discontinue pricing, plans, or features at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any material changes before their next renewal date. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing or features.

10. No Guarantee of Results

ApplyRyt does not guarantee interviews, callbacks, job offers, or employment outcomes. Results depend on job market conditions, employer preferences, your qualifications, and other factors beyond our control. No refund is owed solely because you did not receive interviews or job offers.

11. Legal Compliance

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes related to billing or refunds shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures described in our Terms and Conditions.
